I need to know for the last 3 or 4 statements what your "Usage Charges- Voice" were. I just discovered that Verizon has been overcharging me for my calls and according to them it was a clerical error and that everyone will be reimbused for this error. It is clear that this is not true, and am pursuing an investigation against the company to see that they are not profiting more than needed. PLEASE get back to me and let me know what your charges were and whether or not you have the $3.99 int. bundle that allows calls to Costa Rica to cost 0.27 cents per minute. If this is not you, please pass this along to a freind that may be in the same situation.
It would make sense to you if it applied to you. What I asked was for those calling Costa Rica to contact me regarding their international charges from VZ. I am conducting an investigation for the Boston Globe and need proof that Verizon is not in fact crediting others for the overages they have been charged. According to VZ this is an error is the accounting and that everyone will be credited, though I highly doubt that. I was requesting those that call Costa Rica through verizon to let me know the amount of their usage charges. I need help in being contacted by verizon customers in this particular situation to ensure that the potentially millions of dollars stolen by verizon will actually be refunded...thought that was pretty clear.
This wasn't clear by your first post. For anyone wishing to respond to you with this information, please use private messaging, as this thread is NOT the place for billing information of this type. Your request is unusual for this site, which is why clarification was needed.
Thank you, that was much clearer. You can't always assume others are going to know what you're talking about. For example, many of my employees have relatives in Costa Rica, but the way the original post was worded I would have never thought of asking them about it. Just because it doesn't apply to me doesn't mean that I don't know someone who it might apply to. -Jay
