I caved and got an LTE iPad over the weekend. The 9.7" version, 32 GB, and in Space Gray. So far so good. iOS is good for tablets, but I'll stay with Android for my smartphone needs. I guess I'll just post random things from what I see. Lol Screen is nice... The iPad charges fast I probably could use a mini, but you know these companies like to skimp on features on the mini version. I know people complain about Android bloat, but Apple isn't a panacea from the looks of it, just no carrier based bloat. Since the iPad is my only iDevice, FaceTime is limited to other Apple devices. No biggie. Only quirk so far: I tried to send a picture over from my phone over Bluetooth and I was denied. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
Battery life seems nice. The last 24 hours included 9 hours of video streaming and mostly standby and I woke up to 9% remaining. It looks like charging times are reasonable thus far. It went from 9% to 60% in about an hour and a half. This is a data hogging device. I used 15GB of LTE data video streaming (it is on Verizon, which allows up to 1080p video on tablets). Sound is clear. I bought a Targus case from Best Buy the other day, so far so good. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
