I also got a new 19c today (traded in my 17p). frankly, not much difference. menus a little faster but i guess i was a lucky one and didn't have many problems with my other phone. best news, got the new T720 data kit - doesn't yet have truesync 3.0 to sync w/pda's, outlook, etc but DOES have a phonebook manager program that let's you back-up your phone to pc, transfer phonebooks, etc. transferred phone book from 60c to T720 in 2 minutes. You can import from outlook, outlook express or csv file.

to those MORON who say it always show "Ring Style", moron!! Obviously I am not the only one who have this experience. My current T720 is my fifth one already, and this is also the only one who say "Ring Style" instead of only "Style". I am wondering maybe you are the one who should pay more attention, and stop pointing fingers before you do.

btw, I am INDEED a YUPpy (Young Unmarried Professional)

    Thank you!

Well......both of you are right [IMG] Depending on where you set the short-cut button, it will say either "style" or "ring style".

If you highlight the Bells and set short cut on the Bell you will get "ring style"......and when you use the short cut your option ion the screen will be:

    Style:XXXXX
    XXXX Detail

If you go into the "Bells" and see the above info on your phone and THEN set the short cut , you will see "Styles", and when you do use you short cut your option on the screen will be:

    Loud
    Soft
    Vibrate
    Vibe&Ring
    Silent

    try it!!

Nightdreams, I wouldn't be boasting about being on your 5th T720. I can see the justification in swapping the phone out 1 or 2 times, but by the 5th, the problem with the phone stems from the user, not the manufacturer!
