I cracked the T720 download option

If you have a previous version of TrueSync, you can upgrade for free to 3.1 (the version that works with the T720). There was a post on this site about a free version of TrueSync that could be upgraded to 3.1. I think it was for the version to TrueSync for the Rex... don't remember. But you should be able to find the software on eBay as well and then follow this link to Upgrade to TS 3.1.

 

Or you can get just the True Sync CD for $19.99 + shipping.

 

Ah yes, Maya 16G as I call it (cause i heard it costs $16,000)...those were the days when Warez couldnt be gotten off a newbie prog like kazaa or limewire.

 

I have a TRUESYNC cd that came with my Motorola Timeport(p935). If that is the same software I will sell it for $7 and I will ship it for free. I don't know much about this stuff so this post maybe totally LAME and not mean a thing.

unfortunately you still can't get Maya off programs like Kazaa or limewire

 

for the above post... there should have been more space between the command and the response...

for example:

should be interpreted as:
command: at+CFC?

also.... some of the commands at the top that did work before... seem to not work now... wonder if I was in some mode that would allow those commands. Interesting...

I guess we can see from the pattern that
at+<COMMAND> ...hmmm.... maybe used to set the mode... generally does not return anything but OK
at+<COMMAND>? Is used to query the current state of whatever the command points to
at+<COMMAND>=? Returns the possible values of whatever the command points to

Any other observations?

 

Gator, you commands were interesting, the only ones that I have found using WHacker that started with M are:

at+mode
at+mtcm?
at+mtm=?

Are you doing anything diffrent in whacker, or just letting it run it's course?

weird... a number of the commands no longer work... I must have entered or exited some mode.... hmmmm

 

okay... guess that's where mode comes in.

when I used at+mode=2, I can run the commands to look at text messages and the phone book entries, but get an error when I run the other commands (near the top of my list). To run them, I have to type at+mode=0

so maybe we should be running whacker in different modes... to get the commands in each mode. It would be nice if we could get more people.

Hey guys (and gals)... This stuff is wonderful, and I'm glad people have finally started posting cracks and hacks to this phone, b/c honestly GetItNow is pissing me off bigtime. I just want to be able to get ringtones and wallpapers and stuff like that. Now... as good as I can be with computers and xbox hacking and things like that, this phone stuff is way out of my league. If anyone can make a concise post about what to purchase, how to hack, and what to do when hacked, that would be wonderful. I would even be willing to pay a small sum.

 

whats up yall. I have been watchin this post for a while and it is getting very interesting. I am an audiovox CDM 9500 owner and there are a bunch of us who of course are anti Get it Now! ($ucks) and want to open our phones up. I mean if you can blow the xbox apart you can surely do the same to a phone. Anyway Im wondering if we would go about cracking the Audiovox CDM 9500 phone the same way as you all are going about cracking the T720. ANy input it is greatly appreciated.

There's a whole list of things you have to do, and everything has to be done in a spacific order. When you buy the program you email aliaswavefront your mac adress and they give you a serial number based on it. It really has way more security than any program should have. It took me a couple days to figure out the order of everything, but I typed up instructions and saved them to a floppy. My bf had tried to crack it for a while before, so I did it as a surprise for him. It's really an awesome program but it's massive, my new viao laptop was struggling with it. heres a screen shot I took. I did it about 4 months ago.

 

So... arya... you're capable of 'hacking' Maya, but not taking a screenshot?

I just hope that when someone does finally figure this out, they'll post a How To in laymens terms, or mebbe they'll make a cool Flash .swf file that will explain it with pretty pictures and animations....

Maya's a 3D-rendering program for creating photo-realistic models using solid geometry with lighting, textures, and animation. It's almost an industry standard for creating low to medium budget computer animations of solid objects. BUT LET'S STICK TO THE SUBJECT OF CRACKING THE T720 so that we can upload our own stuff to them.

 

I know this is totally off the wall, and no disrespect to everyones venture on unlocking the T720, but can someone help me get some free polyphonic.MIDI ringtone and JAVA2 apps for my i95cl? I figure since I see so many computer wizards here on this subject I might try and weasel my way into some help.
