The other day I shattered the screen on my Verizon Blackberry Curve 8330.
I used my phone insurance to get a new Blackberry which arrived today.

I would like to cancel my plan with Verizon now, and switch to AT&T.

My plan is to cancel my contract and sell the new Blackberry curve 8330 on Ebay.

Is there anything I need to do to the new Blackberry to insure that it will be usable by the new buyer? Should I activate the replacement Blackberry before canceling my plan, or can I just go ahead and cancel the plan and not touch the new phone at all ??

Looking forward to some sage advice!
