It doesn't exist, so you can't open it. Here is what I got from a WhoIs search of the address: Search results for: 10.0.0.1 OrgName: Internet Assigned Numbers Authority OrgID: IANA Address: 4676 Admiralty Way, Suite 330 City: Marina del Rey StateProv: CA PostalCode: 90292-6695 Country: US NetRange: 10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255 CIDR: 10.0.0.0/8 NetName: RESERVED-10 NetHandle: NET-10-0-0-0-1 Parent: NetType: IANA Special Use NameServer: BLACKHOLE-1.IANA.ORG NameServer: BLACKHOLE-2.IANA.ORG Comment: This block is reserved for special purposes. but how then to open it or how to get it so she exsist ... i know that there are a lot of people who saying like in the tutorial (manual), just open this http://10.0.0.1 with your browser and set it up, but nobody doesnt say nothing about this problem becouse it doesnt appear to them
10.0.0.1 is a private IP address used in LAN's, not a public IP where a whois will tell you anything. Depending on your current setup you may or may not be able to access the device. If you already have a router setup and it is giving out IP addresses of 192.168.x.x then you won't be able to access the 10.0.0.x. Try setting up the access point directly to your computer and then pointing your browser to the address.
