How to change V60 provider name when cover open?

    I just bought a Cingular phone to use with my T-Mobile service, the old phone is a V60g and when the cover was open it would read "Motorola" on the outside, with the Cingular phone which is a V60gi the cover reads "Cingular" when open, is there anyway I can change? If so, would it have to be through Software and Computer cable? What software and cable is required? Thanks!

    change the work on the outside screen?? what?? why didn't anyone ask this before... this is a great idea... we should have thought of this sooner!!! lol!

    I haven't been able to figure out changing the outside of my V60t. I have been able to figure out the inside, though. If I read correctly, you are interested in changing the outside. Unfortunately, people have brought that up in this forum previously, and I have not seen a solution yet. Maybe we will get lucky and see it soon. I do know how to change the inside, but not the outside. Sorry.

    you cant its set and locked by the service provider BUT if anyone can crack this let the forum know !!!
