How should i travel with gifts?

I know its some late to end up asking this, but is there a to carry presents for the plane? I will need to travel cross region for christmas in addition to can't ship these individuals, so whats the simplest way to travel with these? Would it be easier to put them in the huge box? Put them within a extra suitcase? A giant bag? Im really worried and lost on the direction to go! Thanks!
