Has anyone already had to get their E815 exchanged for some reason? If so, what was wrong with your original one? Seems like a lot of E815's are going back to Verizon, especially among heavy users because of issues like the charging port, the phone freezing and resetting, and more. ~Andy
I've had mine replaced once after I initally bought it for it freezing and restarting on it's own. Also the bluetooth was was not working right. That was a month ago. I will be going back to the store tomorrow with my e815 for the same software problem. It happens now every day. In the morning I check my phone and usually I have a txt message. I click on messaging to read it and the screen goes black and the phone freezes for a moment and then reloads. This has happened a couple times when I answer a call. Also the transflash card will corrupt from time to time. I called Sandisk on it and they replaced my card. I never remove it from the phone. I know it is not broken, it reads in my PC fine. When it corrupts it locks up the phone completly. I have to remove the battery. I pop the card out and into the SD adapter, format it on my PC, reload the MP3's adn athen it works fine. This has only happend a couple times but it's annoying. I love this phone but I wish they would fix the software problems.
Wirelessly posted (MOT-8720_/00.62 UP.Browser/6.2.3.4.c.1.104 (GUI) MMP/2.0) I am on my third replacement for the freezing and rebooting issue when trying to read or sometimes reply to sms. Its not a specific phone issue but software issue for the e815.i wonder if they are ever going to come out with a software upgrade...
