How do you setup a quick site to d/l ringtones / graphics?

I have been trying to create a free ringtone/graphics site like the ones I have seen here. I uploaded some ringtones and pictures, but I haven't gotten it working. Is there anything specific you need to setup on your webserver to allow phones to browse. Right now, I can view the files and ringtones with a computer, but now with a phone. I didn't put up the wml file yet, but I should still be able to browse directly to the .mid and .gif files. Any ideas? If I can get it working, I'll put a link here so anyone can download the stuff I put there...
