Primarily use Outlook 2010 with multiple IMAP Gmail accounts. Have also begun using the Droid X for e-mail responses.

Since getting the Droid X, I primarily use it to check e-mail first instead of going to Outlook.

I use Yahoo mail as a my primary email, and have gmail for a secondary account. Eventually I may switch to gmail as my primary, with Yahoo as my secondary.
