I just got a new Motorola W315 phone and am trying to figure out how to do 3 way conference calling. The guide book tells me to use the Link key. I have no clue what that is! HELP!

Dial the first party and press send to establish the call.

Dial the second party and press send. The first party will be parked on hold.

Once the second party answers, press send again. All three parties should now be able to talk to each other.

If you press end, everyone is disconnected. If the first or second party hangs up, you and the remaining party will still be connected.

I'd say press the # key to signal you're done recording a message, and let the voice mail hang up. Either that, or just hang up and restart your call.
