How can I get a custom wallpaper ...

    into my Motorola c290? Is there a web based uploading tool that will send it to my phone? I don't have any data cables for the phone.

    Don't know if it works the same, but I have a Sanyo 8300 & Sprint vision. I upload pictures to Sprint's website from my PC, and then send them to my phone as a picture message. Once it is received on the phone, I can save it, use it as wallpaper, etc... It works great!

    You can you an uploader program, as long as you have vision(internet) your fine.
    Go to google and type in Rumkin Phone uploader
