How can I change my voice mail notification call back?

This is driving me crazy...I'm in a meeting and can't take a call, so it goes to voice mail. Then the voice mail notification calls back every 15 minutes until I retrieve the voice mail. Is there any way to change this so that it only calls back once? (It used to be this way...only recently have I noticed the multiple/frequent notification call backs.) I am aware of the option to change urgent or non-urgent voice mail notification to one hour later, two hours later, etc.

And one other question...does the number/frequency of notification call backs affect the voice mail icon that appears on my phone?

you should be able to disable or change the way it notifies you of voicemail/messages, I've set mine to vibrate, or you could disable the notifications and that would allow you to just check it when you see the icon...

Go into the VM options and I think it's under advance options or some thing like that.
