    Won't this keep the (state and local) government from taking more money from people paying for wireless?
    The carriers don't get any more or less.

    This is a matter between the citizens of the state and local governments and the state and local governments themselves. I don't like taxes, but this is not the Federal Governments business. Let the citizens make polices and vote with their traditional votes, dollars, or U-Hall's
