I had called about 2 or 3 months ago to "complain" (more like inform) TM about poor coverage in my office. My phone would work in front, but not anywhere else. Well lo and behold this morning I get to my desk, where my phone was always in and out of service and today it is showing full reception. I haven't been in the office in almost a month, so I am not sure when the improvement happened, but I am certainly glad it did!

Kick :censored: and congratulations! You see, people, if you report the problem it may eventually get fixed. Just remember to be as specific as you can about the type of problem you're experiencing and where you're experiencing it.

Unless it is an office/indoor repeater installation, I'd think that T-Mobile already had in mind colocating/building a site close by since I'd think it would be very fast response if they checked on your complaint, sent techs out to check for possible future sites/colocations, filed paperwork with the city/county and colocated/built the tower.
It is, nevertheless, a great improvement, I'm just wonder if it might not have been a coincidence ;)

I agree...it could very well be merely a coincidence. Like I said, I have not even been in my office for a month, so it could have been better a long time ago. The only possible quick fix would have been tweaking an existing tower. My company is too small...no way they'd get a repeater lol.

    Lol...
Do you think that just tweaking an existing site would give you full service inside where, before you barely had any? I don't really believe that either, but I'm not all knowing either ;)

I don't know...I had full service at the windows at the front of the building before...it was just once I got deep into the building it all went away.

Let me guess, the cellsite is/was quite a bit away from your work?

According to the TM coverage check thing it is not that far away and my work is in a "good" zone. The site has not changed since I noticed the improvement.
