    I don't know how many people do up their homes with Halloween decorations, I thought I would start a thread on pictures of some decorations.
    This is my house so far.

    I have an idea. Since you started this, could we possibly make this a sticky and call it something like "Official Holiday Decorations Thread" or something similar to that. That way, it would be similar to the post your picture thread and everyone can post pictures for the main holidays (Halloween, Christmas, etc. etc.).

    What does everyone think about doing something like this?

    Thanks for making it a sticky. I will post pictures of our front porch three weeks from tomorrow on Halloween.

    Also, could one of the mods possibly change the title of the sticky to Holiday Decorations or Post Your Holiday Decorations, so that way every major holiday will be included and NOT just Halloween.

    That way, we won't need to start individual threads for all of the major holidays and we will save space. Thanks. :)

    By the way, to keep on topic, I have changed my avatar to reflect Halloween so I have at least started partially decorating for Halloween.

    No Problem, I was just doing the name change. It would be nice to see different holiday pictures posted here. It was a good idea Gamer.

    Also here are 2 last pictures. I am going to set up the smoke machine & will take a picture with that going in the graveyard.

    Fog machines are cool. We are thinking of getting one, except it seems like the "fog" juice does not last for a long time from what I have been reading online.

    Now that the winds have died down, I hope to get the smoke machine going this week to post that picture.

    Finally got the smoke machine hooked up & working thanks to decent weather.
    Here are 2 shots of it. My neighbors hate me though since I end up smoking up the whole street. :browani:

    Thanks, it's a small machine we got at Target's 2 years ago right after Halloween it was on sale. The tank lasts about 2 hours & you can buy the refill in a gallon jug at Target or Party City.
    I don't remember how much it cost, it has an automatic control or manual control you can hook to it & set the duration of smoke & intervals for it to go off.

    Thanks Charlyee. I appreciate it. The next pictures that I will be posting will be our Christmas decorations, which we will probably be putting up within the next few weeks. :)

    Christmas is probably my favorite holidays out of all of them, due to all of the holiday movies and cartoons that I have to watch every year, and also since my b-day is 9 days after Christmas. ;)

    I know the one you are talking about. I saw one on sale in the Target or Kmart ad about a month ago. The fog "juice" lasts for a good amount of time considering the size of the one in the ad.

    Christmas is my favorite holiday too, I put about 8000 to 10,000 lights up & add to that each year.
    I will post the picture it when I do the house, it takes me 3-4 days to set it up.
