Help!!!!!

    Everytime I try to call out using my Verizon phone it keeps telling me to use a credit card or use American Roaming Network. It won't let me call anything else! I can't even dial *611 for help!!! Can some please help me?:(

    Verizon (since 1994)
    Since you're in a roaming area, try calling Verizon at 800-922-0204 to see what's going on..

    If your phone won't even let you dial an 800 number, then try from a land line.

    The MIN (Mobile Identification Number) or NMSID as it shows up on my phone, might be messed up.

    Call VZW and see if you can get a technical support rep to check it for you.
