Does anyone know how to help me?

why do you want to fix something new that don't work?
take it back tell them it don't work, try another one in the
store,if it works take it home and enjoy, if not tell them
to get out another, go though 100 if you have to,
why pay good money for something that don't work.
i really don't understand why you would even want to keep
something that was bad out of the box.

army1, the phone is not defective. The V3x is not a at&t phone, actually it is not a US phone at all, he needed the at&t settings for it. Here is the OP's other thread which has more details :)

Thats exactly right. The phone works perfectly it's just the settings on the phone that need to be changed.

    Thanks :)

Lol, I agree. Say were you ever able to download the ringtones from the At&t site?
