How come I can log into Wirelessadvisor using the "Google Mobile Converter", but it won't let me reply to any of the threads? The url that I am using to log on is: http://forums.wirelessadvisor.com
I've seen other wireless posts on here with people that are using the LG 8300, so I should be able to post on here with my enV also.... There is another site that I visit, and I am able to make wireless posts without a problem.

Try the WAP link instead & see what happens: wa00.com or wap.wirelessadvisor.com.

Thanks for your help Fire14, using wa00.com worked.:) ...... But there is one more problem that I see here. How come there is a ;) above my post here, where it shows that it is a wireless post? Is there a setting that needs to be changed?

It would have to be done in the forum software that inserts the user agent string as Google Wireless Transcoder adds semicolon at the end (see how it separates everything in that string with a semi-colon) and then the forum software places that string inside parenthesis.

Unless you can somehow modify the User Agent string sent to the forums, you won't be able to control it.

Thanks dmapr. I checked the settings, and as far as I can see there is no way to change it. I'll just use the wa00.com WAP link to log on, now that I know that Verizon hasn't blocked it.
