Help with ATT VM access#

    Hi...I'm having difficulty finding the VM access# for an ATT # 703-732. I have found access numbers for every other ATT phone # I have with this one exception.

    Call customer care. They will know the number.

    I did....they had no clue what I was talking about. The reps I spoke to both assumed it was some kind of app.

    You need to call back and get another rep who knows what they're doing. Did you ask for the right thing? i.e. did you ask for the voicemail center number?

    *#61# then press the Send/Call button. It should show where your calls are forwarded to.

    That doesn't help if he's looking for a voicemail center number in the location he wants.

    Many phones in Northern Virginia use +1(443) 280-3092 for Voicemail Retrieval and +1(443) 280-3091 for Voicemail Deposit. If you are trying to leave a message for someone without ringing the phone, use the Deposit Number. It might be difficult to do this if you have an AT&T wireless phone. Calls to either number will take you to your voicemail box. You will have to leave a message after you enter your voicemail through one of the internal voicemail options.
