Help with a Nokia 6101...messenger problems?

    I searched around and didn't find anything, so I thought maybe if I posted it here you guys could be of some assistance.

    When I try to sign on, it says "Request not completed try again." I don't know why!

    Thanks in advance if anyone knows!
