    FREE WAP 2.0 ON THE LG VX 7000

    Step 1: Menu -> 0 -> 000000

    Step 2: 9 -> 1 -> 1 ->

    Step 3: Enter "12.25.203.11" and save

    I forget if this brings you back to the main menu or not, but start from the main menu anyway:

    Step 4: Menu -> 0 -> 000000

    Step 5: 9 -> 2 -> 1 ->

    Step 6: Enter "9201" and save (it may reboot at this point?)

    Step 7: Menu -> 0 -> 000000

    Step 8: 9 -> 3

    Step 9: Make sure you have "vzw" as the password (not sure if necessary)

    Step 10: From WAP Setting menu: 4

    Step 11: Set homepage to "http://www.google.com/wml" and save, I think it reboots.

    Step 12: Hit top arrow up button, it will take a while to connect and when it does, it will show you the verizon "pay us $4.99 you sucker" message. Hit menu and go to homepage.

    Now you are at google as your home page. I don't know how to manually enter urls to go to, but obviously if you search google, you can find it.

    Please feel free to amend, add or tell us how to do more.
    I notice a lot of webpages dont work and give me errors. I dont know if this is because we changed the port from 8080 to 9201 or what.

    Be sure to write down previous info in case you need it

    I got this from a different site but followed it exactly but still get an error message right before connecting. Any help?
