My voicemail shut off and everytime I or someone else calls my voice mailbox, the message is "This voice mailbox is not current active". I don't know why this happened because this is a new Verizon Samsung a890 and I already activated the mailbox few weeks ago. Plz tell me what to do to reactivate it
