I was try to set up security code for my phone but I guess I did something wrong (pressed wrong passcode 3x and now sim is disabled and blocked me) I called cingular customer service but their office is currently closed. Is there anyway to reset the passcode?

Unfortunatly the only way to get this fixed is calling CS, they might have to send you a new SIM to fix this, or you can try a corp. store to see if they can provide you with the SIM and get you back up & running faster.

If I forgot my security code for Nokia N70 do I have to take my phone to a Service centre?

Is it the security code or the PUK? the PUK you have to call CS to get the code, if you do it 3 times, the SIM will lock & a lot of times it fries the SIM & you will need a new one.
