Can someone help me set up the MMS on my 7210? I can send MMS message to own cell phone through the "send to number" option and I can recieve the message as MMS. However when I try to send an email with a picture to my phone or use the "send to email" to myself, the message comes up as regular text message which looks something like "test/hi(picture.jpg)."

I can log on to T-Zones no problem and I can possibly receive MMS if the message is sent from other phone, but I can't receive it if the MMS message is sent as an email. Can someone help me? [IMG]

do you mean that you can receive them if they are sent from email from a computer ?

No I mean that I cannot receive MMS messages if they are sent from my computer or my phone using the "send to email" option with the NUMBER@tomomail.net format, but I CAN receive them if I send from my phone using the "send to number" option and simply enter my phone number in.

I got mine to work great when I use to use the Nokia 7210. Just call T-Mobile and they will walk you through the set-up for everything, or either send you and Over-The-Air (OTA) update for it. I believe the Nokia USA site now does this too.

I have a better idea. Go to http://www.nokiausa.com/. Then click on Settings from the Support menu (on top). It will walk you through the WAP, E-Mail, MMS, etc. setup. Once you are finished, it will send a message to your phone with the settings. Your phone will be setup automatically once you save the message.

Yeah that's what I was talking about when I said I believe the Nokia USA site does this too. I just got a Nokia 6800, and I programmed the T-Mobile settings through the Nokia USA site. It's a great phone by the way.

I know a few people ran into the same problem. They were not typing in their number properly. once you type your cell number in, it should look like "+1<Area code><Exchange><Number>" (+18005551212).
