hey i am using a nokia supernova 7310 i was using the security keypad facility of the cell when i was resetting my password, my password got reset but now i have forgotted the password and cell is not unlocking now can u help me for the same.... thankyou
You may need to call your carrier and ask them to help you with this. Either that or do a master reset, which should clear your security password. The only problem with this is it will erase any personalized settings you changed. Make sure your contacts are saved to the SIM card. You can transfer them back to your phone at a later time if you wish.
thank you for your reply.... the problem is that when i switch on my cell i am not able to access my keypad only so its not possible for master reset. can u provide me with any other solutions... thankyou
Try Nokia USA Customer Support: Nokia USA - contact us Select the appropriate option from the drop-down menu (security code). Your only other option is to call your mobile carrier and see what they can do.
