as i know it's free , if phone has not bad ESN (or something like this ) i'll provide IMEI number if someone can help me
ESN issues are a CDMA thing. The fact is, no one on this site has the code you need. You can do a Google search for GSM phone unlockers. You might run across a free service, though many charge for the option.
i saw it but all of them costs about 12$.... as i know it's free from carrier (at&t) , but i can't find their contact email adress . i only found cell number, but i can't call them right now.
AT&T only gives you the code free IF you're a customer in good standing. If you're not an AT&T customer they probably will not give you the code.
yes. i know i bought it used and as i know first owner was good standing customer . thats why i want code for free can anyone say me custumer support email? i can't find it because it needs register and i can't it (as i'm not at&t user, just bought used phone)
It does not matter if the original owner was an AT&T customer in good standing, all AT&T will care is if YOU are a customer in good standing.
The way I see it here are your options: Ask original owner to get you the code from AT&T Ask a friend who's an AT&T customer to get you the code from AT&T Find a third-party unlocker or unlocking instructions on Google Sell the phone and buy an unlocked one instead
