    hello,

    i have a sprint sanyo katana II.
    when i send text messages there is an option to
    "Del. Receipt:Off" OR "Del. Receipt:On"

    what does it do if i turn it off or on??

    That is for a delivery receipt. Basically if turned on you will get another message after you send confirming that the message was received by the destination server. This gets annoying so people usually have this turned off.

    This must be a new feature because none of my phones have ever had that option.
