    How can I find out my account password is it same as if I were to log into the Alltel website?

    It should be the same. When you log into the alltel website you are loging into your account.

    If you lose it call Alltel Customer Service and they'll help you reset it.

    It depends on what you mean by "account password." If you have set up a password on your billing account that you have to verify before CS on the phone can assist you, then you will have to visit an Alltel store with photo ID to get that.

    If it's the password to your online account, then you can just use the "forgot your login information" link.
