Help! -Alltel Moto Razr v3a ringtones.

I recently got a new Moto Razr v3a phone from alltel and am able to send and receive audio via bluetooth, however I can not set these files as ringtones. I have had the same phone before and could set them as ringtones on the old phone, but not on this one. Why is this? How can I fix it? Thanks in advance for your assistance....

I understand Alltel is trying to sell their own media package, the newer phones are locked where you can not set new songs as ringtones without buying their packages.:loony:

My question, is all of the cell phone companies going to do this same thing?
