Did anyone see this movie yet? I just got back home from seeing it and I think this is one of the best movies yet in the series. It is a little violent (I don't want to spoil it (so if you or someone else is taking kids....beware). I will definitely recommend to anyone. This is a must see movie. Some parts of it are funny, while other parts of it are serious. It is about 2 hours and 30 minutes long. To anyone that sees it: Post your reviews in this thread.
We're deploying at 2030 to go see it at the crappy local theatre (but it's only $9.25, which beats going to the fancy place with stadium seating that costs $12.50).
Cool. I liked it a lot. Our evening showings cost $8.50. I spent $6.25 to go see it at the 12:10 showing.
I saw it on the 18th at 12:05 am, the theater at the casino I work at had a special showing of it. I went with a couple of friends/co-workers after work, and their girlfriends. It was good, much better then the last one. Some part dragged on a bit longer then needed.
Well, we saw it. It was good but they skipped some of my favourite parts, and they dragged some of the other parts out way longer than necessary.
There may be more than you think. Go to www.imax.com and enter your zip code. I found a lot more than I knew about here in my area.
Thanks for the site, Jay. I just looked, and the closest one is either in Tampa or Ft. Lauderdale (not Miami like I previously said).
Oh I can't wait for this one, I think the whole fam is going to go see it Thanksgiving night or some time over the weekend.
I haven't seen it here in Cologne yet either. It came out on the 17th but I held off on seeing until the 26th when I'll go to see it with my cousins and their parents. The German title is: "Harry Potter und der Feuerkelch". I was at Saturn's Hansaring location (best place in Cologne to get any DVDs of most American and German TV series) today and a group of 3 girls saw a poster of the 1st Harry Potter movie. One of them said: "How cute, a smaller and younger Harry Potter ." Anyway, I did make sure to read the English edition of the latest Harry Potter book at Borders when I was in London in early October.
Ive not been to see it but would anyone believe here that our movies are only $1/person?! And we have like the latest movies too. The harry potter movie is here, and 2 others. Kinda cheap huh?
$1/person? That is just crazy. To save $2, I go to the early afternoon showings of movies since it is $6.50, instead of $8.50.
$1 for matinee. After that (6:00 or later) it's $2/person. lol. So like for the price of one person at most places, 5 people can go here!
German only. The English version won't be shown in Germany. I'd have to go to London to see the English version or get the DVD when it comes out.
