Can anyone help me with instructions for doing a hard reset for my SLVR? Nothing wrong with it, just want to permanently delete some data.

You know I think I gave you the wrong wording. On the Motorola it is called a Master Reset, which will bring it back to factory dafaults & Master Clear which will clear all user data including contacts pictures etc. Now all you need is one of the resident Moto experts to let you know the "how".

Jay, where are you, when I need you? :p

    I'm right here...

If there's nothing wrong with the phone just do a master clear. Its burried in the settings menus somewhere. I think under "Initial setup". If you can't find it let me know. I can look on one of my Motorolas when I get home tonight.

Ok. I went to Moto website and followed instructions for Master Reset and Master Clear. I think it worked. Thanks for all the help!
