I do like my collection, but most of my phones are no longer able to be activated (the majority of them are AMPS or TDMA.) So it's kind of hard to sell them for an amount of money that would make me want to part with them.

In the long run, I'll probably just end up keeping the Motorolas and selling or recycling all the other ones. I have two phones that I usually use, my v620 and my v300 HE Black, my wife uses the v600 and we have a Samsung c225 and Samsung e315 as back-ups for T-Mobile, should we need them. Then we use the Nokia 6015i as a 'home' phone (we ported our landline number to that line) and I should be getting an LG AX4270 for that line soon, so we'll keep the Nokia as a backup.

If I ever decide to sign another contract with T-Mobile and get cheap or free phones, the two Sammy's will get sold and we'll either keep our current Motos as backups or use the new phones as backups if the v620/v600/v300 are better.

My idea was to get the whole history of Motorola phones from the early models (bag phone, UltraTAC, MicroTAC) through the current significant models, like the RAZR. I'm pretty close now, I just need a RAZR for my collection to be complete.

I'll probably get my brother's V3 whenever he kills it... I've already had to replace the outer LCD bezel and he works in a warehouse, so I'm sure its only a matter of time.:browani:
