Helsinki -- The world's largest mobile phone maker Nokia said on Wednesday hackers have cracked the copy-protection codes for its newly launched N-Gage gaming device, allowing "copied games to be downloaded over the Web." Who didn't see this one coming, eh? I don't know why Nokia is so surprised. If people can hack an XBox I don't know how they thought they'd keep a cell phone from being hacked.
I cant wait until I crack CDMA code. speaking of crack, Rancid hOO hOO why the blindfold on the Linux penguin?
I like Penguins (the Pittsburgh Penguins are my favorite NHL team) and I found this on an ad at Wireless Week (I think) and thought it was kind of funny. I'll probably change back to the Rancid indestructible album cover before too long. And he's not blindfolded, he has his identity blocked to protect him from the hitman Microsoft hired to assassinate him.
Get your minds out of the gutter people, we're here to talk about cell phones... or in this case, Game Boys disguised as cell phones. Edit: Here are some links I found to other articles about the hacking of the N-Gage. internetnews.com the Inquirer
