I ordered a phone holster from one of their EBAY auction. The one pictured HERE I liked it because it looks different from the one that came with the phone and looks like the phone just slips in from the top which I like. When I got the holster I was dissapointed to see it looks nothing like the picture but more like the one that comes with the phone except that its black colored and it DOES allow you to open the phone while its still in the holster. The other negative thing about it is that it swivels but the clip does not detach from the holster..........anybody else had bad experiences with Daydeal.com? I sent them a complaint to send me the actual item...lets see if I really get it...if not then they are false advertising something that they don't even have......and I will do everything in my power to bring them down....or at least help them loose business.........If you want to see an email of what I actually received tell me your email and i'll email you a pic. Thanks!!

Yeah, I've had the same problem. I ordered the item from their website, and they sent me the same pos as what they sent you. On top of that, they sent me the wrong antenna for my T720 TWICE!!! I've sent them a complaint, and I called them. Nobody ever picks up the phone, and the only response that I got from them was "if you have a problem, feel free to contact us". I sent them a reply email "I did contact you, why don't you return my friggin call?"

I strongly suggest everyone stays away from this company. I'm going to be reporting them to the BBB.

I'm with you...since I bought my item from EBAY if they don't fix the matter I will leave very stink feeback to start things off....then yes I would like to report them to the BBB as well.....is there a way you can report people through the WEB? We can also tell everyone on this forum to boycott DAYDEAL....if loosing a potential 10,000+ person client base just from bad reviews from this web site doesn't open their eyes what will??

I'm going to give them a couple more days to get back to me, then I'm going to report them to the BBB. The BBB is on the web, I forgot where it is but I'm sure you can find it on Yahoo.

Also, this forum, HowardForums and Usenet generates a lot of advertising for them. I will plaster every forum I can with my situation to let people know what a bunch of crooks these people are. I'm sure that'll def put a big dent in their sales.

I can see why you guys ordered the holster in the picture that Hawaiiannights provided, it sure is a nice one. Had you not given me this info, I probably would've ended up ordering it once I came around to daydeal. I hate this half-slip-on holster that I bought.

Not many websites that have aftermarket products really care about the complaints you send to them, so you guys taking the extra steps to make your cause known is really the way to go. Let us know how we can help.

This company obviously doesn't care about their customers, since they will send you the wrong products and then won't return your calls and messages. On the returns policy page, they say that they won't refund shipping. I can understand that from a business point of view, but should the customer be held responsible when the merchant screws up?

Why would anybody gamble with their money like that with a company and then get treated like trash? I've dealt with merchants like that in NYC, and these people are really the scum of the earth. Once they get their hands on your money, they won't help you at all.

Oh, great, NOW they decide to put on their webpage that the antennas they sold me are for the GSM version of the T720. Before it said "all". Nice timing, after they ship me two.

Could you elaborate a bit? If you really want to put the hurt on them, you should tell us your story.

Well, I used to own a Nokia 8260 thru SunCom (the local AT&T affiliate) and ordered many a faceplate thru them, only to have them ship the wrong plate or ship a defective product. Their customer service (what customer service?) blows.

does anyone know if that holster would fit a v60t phone? If so, then is there another place that sells them? Right now I am using a swivel holster. I like it alot, however, I don't like the add-on to the phone.

It figure!! Here is the reply I got from them! What a bunch of loosers~!! Lets get them back for this!!

    Email Reply from Daydeal:

    Hello,

The picture shown in the listing is not the actual holster. The holster shown actually would not fit your phone. If you prefer, you can send the holster back for a refund.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

    Thank you for visiting us.

Ordered several cellphone accessories. Received an order confirmation and noticed that they had dropped my apartment number from the order. Without the apartment number, the shipment would not be deliverable. When I notified them of this error, they indicated that there was nothing that they could do about it. UPS returned the shipment to them and they had the nerve to take a "restocking fee" out of my refund for something that was clearly their error. Very bad customer service. Avoid!
