Ok I Decided to go witht he Krzr and which i should get today ! however im expecting the worse but well see how it goes...anyone think i made a bad decision over the 8600....so.....anyone who has the krzr can assure me i will be ok with the phone...Im so sceptical on motorola products hopefully..ill be ok thanks
While the 8600 and K1m are similar, I prefer the KRZR. It feels more solid and not as cheap and OBEX is enabled. The only real downside to the KRZR is that you have to take the back off to put the micro SD card in and with the 8600 the slot is on the side so you only have to remove a cover. I thought sound quality was excellent with the KRZR and would own one if I could afford it.
Thanks for some reassurance...however if you dont have the phone how do u know about the call quality>?? Im not trying to be rude however....im just very confused and need to know i made a good decision.....im not goin to use the mp3 player on it, but thought this was a better phone than the razor...also how about the battery life on it? do u know if its really good life...anyways i really do appreciate your insite and thanks agaiN!
I don't own a KRZR or an 8600 but I have tested both of them for over a month each... in fact, I'm still using the 8600.
My son has been using the KRZR for about 6 months now. He loves the phone....except he thought the UI was slow.
What is UI??? Sorrry Im not to technical with phones....ummm....so i have the phone now and seems ok....other than the screens a bit small and the key pad is as well...hey its a free phone....so im not gonna complain...but all in all it seems decent....hopefully it will stay that way....thanks all for your input
GUI=Graphic User Interface, basically the menu system the phone uses. It is sometimes shortened to UI.
If your text messaging or doing anything with settings the UI is slow to react. To speed it up you have to keep the storage of messages and photos to a minimum. But he loves the size and just puts up with the rest. UI is like the phones operating system.
