GOOD Sprint Customer Service

    I called in today to switch back to my BlackBerry. Once all the changes were made I went on with my day. About 4 hours later I get a call from the same rep I spoke with earlier in the day. He was just calling to make sure everything went through properly and that all was well.

    Kudos to Sprint for this one!

    Well Matt I knew you would not last on the 610 lol jk. Anyways I am going to agree with you as well man I had to call in the other day as well to switch to the DLX and they were very good to me. Also I called for the port from verizon to Sprint and they were really good as well.

    Nice to see people reporting their good customer service happenings. Just for the record it's now been over 6 months since the last time I needed any sort of customer service interaction. :)

    It's always nice to hear positive things about Sprint. Lets hope my store experiance next week will be a good one. My 700wx's bluetooth isn't working correctly. :(

    Well this goes to show you a few things. People who have been here a while and are more experienced know that sometimes you have to dig through the crap to get to the gold.

    SPrint does seem to be getting a lot better with the customer service end of things but ive never had reps call me back for major changes to features and my plan and stuff like that but thats okay.........:D
