That's the 820. I paid 70 with shipping for the 810 over at ebay. There are plenty there.

Which is best? The 810 or the 820? What are the differences?

The 810 has a boom mic which functions as an on off which people like. The 820 is newer, smaller, no boom mic, cheaper, but works pretty good. From what I hear the Jabra 250 is the best but probably another $30 upon what I paid for the 820.

If you click on the link above, there should only be one Motorola Headset for $51.99

There are 2 Motorolas in the drop down list. Select the 2nd Motorola which brings up accessories for v710

Will they offer you the rebate even at that b2b price?

For those of you that have the HS820....how does it fit over your ear? I have tried my friend's Jabra and the gel seems to be very nice! The fit is what I like. How it just "plugs" into your ear.

Now, I do like the HS820 more than the Jabra because it doesn't look as goofy hanging from your ear IMHO. But I have never tried one on so I wondered if it seemed a little too flimsy just hanging over your ear compared to the Jabra.

I just ordered the HS-820 through this deal! It came out to like $56 total!!! Not bad!

Does anyone know how long it takes VZ to send it out? Also, the picture of the HS-820 on the site is black...that IS the one that I will be getting correct?

    Thanks!

I had a Jabra, and didn't like the feel, but "feel" a very subjective thing.

The HS820 has a flexible curved part that pivots out from the body, so you can slide it easily onto your ear from above/front, then clip the headset body into your ear. The speaker is in a little nub that protrudes into the ear, and provides very good sound (even over background noise) while leaving you able to hear ambient noise (like that driver you just cut off :) ).

The curved part is very low profile, and hugs your ear, leaving (at least for me) room between it and your head for an eyeglass frame to slide on/off comfortably.

It holds snugly. I can shake my head quite violently without dislodging it.

I find it comfortable enough to wear for 4-5 hours, although my ear begins to get a bit sore after that.

Yes it's definitely the HS820. That link gives 35% off. I also ordered my leather case from there. I went to a retail store and got the rebate form from Customer Service in the back. The store employee knew right away what form I was looking form.

I was in a VZW store yesterday and there was a dummy 820 on display and a stack of rebate vouchers on the display. The rebate was for your choice of $20 OR a "Y splitter cable" which allows simltaneous charge of phone and tooth from one charger (I think they use the same charger). I didn't stick around to get details as there was an angry line of people in the customer service line stretching around the wall of the store!!! ;)

Is there anyway that RadioShack is gonna have that rebate too since they cary VZW? I just bought my headset from there a couple of days ago so I hope that I can just give that rebate instead of returning the Headset and having to go to my Verizon Store.
