go phone sim card

I'm not sure you can do that on prepaid. Call customer service and see what you can do. It may be possible.

My T-Mobile To Go got stolen, reported it and got blocked, then got new SIM card.. So I don't see why wouldn't ATT do it.

 

Make sure you go to a corporate AT&T store, not a third-party dealer and explain the situation. They should be able to do that. Also, report the phone lost/stolen ASAP, that way you'll be able to keep your balance as well.

 

The first thing you should do (if you haven't already) would be to report your Go Phone lost/stolen like dmapr has posted above. If you go to a corporate store and purchase another phone, they may or may not give you a free SIM card. They can transfer your wireless phone number and the balance that is remaining on your account to the new SIM card for you.
You can also go to stores like Walmart, BestBuy, Target, ect...and purchase one of their AT&T Go Phone packages. Call up AT&T's Go Phone customer service and have them transfer your account info to the new SIM card that comes with the package.....Good luck.

 

Only option you have is giving their customer service a phone call - whatever they say is what it is.
