How long have you been using the sim card? If in case, you are using from a long time and you are a valuable customer, there will be no such issues. But it’s better to check with the customer service agents, if the sim card will expire. My suggestion would be, to regularly call from that number and have it active for a day at least once in a month.

The GoPhone SIM expires 60 days after you lose your balance. On the online account, there is an account balance expiration date. If no money is added to the account by the expiration, you lose the balance and have 60 days to add money to the account before the cancel date. On the cancel date, the SIM is deactivated and you will need a new SIM. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1346128605.939684.jpg

Not sure what the current numbers are, used to be that a $15 refill would only extend balance expiration by 30 days, $100 extended it for one year and $25, $50, $75 extended it for 90 days. Something to keep in mind when planning the recharging strategy.

Dmapr, $100 has a 1 year expiration. Refills between $25-$75 has 90 day expiries (as you stated); $15 and less have a 30 day expoiration

Quint, thanks for confirming. The GoPhone site has gotten worse than it used to be a few years ago when I had a GoPhone account, seems that some information is not available unless you're already a subscriber.
