Delta, I'm 39 and been through 2 already. I understand exactly where you're coming from :

Me: Employee A I'm sending you an e-mail, I want you to do X Y and Z, and report back when you're done
    Employee A: K Boss
    Later that same day.....

Employee A: I did X and Y like you told me
Me: Umm....weren't we missing something there?
Employee A: Well, Z was at the end of the e-mail, and I had to get home.
Me: Umm...you're home, you're done with 2/3rds of what I asked, and you just now called why?
Employee A: Well, I had to get back to run the dogs...
Me: Umm....put down the crack pipe and see me in the morning....

The worst thing i think that a carrier can do is exactly what use to do:

Standard features while on sprints network:

    - Voice mail
    -Call waiting
    -etc...
    -no roaming charges

wait.....dosent that translate into "No roaming charges unless you roam"?

Delta I feel your pain. I agree with alot of what you said but the thing I hate most is, I work at a Kiosk in the middle of the mall, a customer will come in either on their own, or from the direction of customer care and ask if we repair broken phones. When I tell them no they get mad. I look at them and just wonder why it is that anyone in their right mind would figure that we could repair phones out of the shoebox that we work in. Its really pretty funny though in the end when you really think about it.
