Something I've never understood. Why would a chef stack a burger so high that it needs a spear to stand up and you couldn't get your mouth around it if you tried? Here's a chicken burger I got this weekend that is a perfect example
You only think that the chef is worried about you being able to eat your food. In reality they're more interested in creating a piece of art . Hence the burger that you eat with a knife and a fork. For example The Counter is such an establishment and it seems to have no negative impact on their popularity.
That's true in a lot of cases, but is it practical? I've seen a few episodes of Man vs Food where a 12" high hamburger was presented
I haven't eaten at a Waffle House for 20 years so I didn't what to expect. I ordered their grilled chicken sandwich and I was shockingly impressed. The chicken was juicy, meaning it was cooked perfectly. The hash browns were also cooked perfectly, crisp on the top and the bottom. I really didn't expect such a good meal
New Greek restaurant open by me called QP Greek Food With A Kick https://qpforkicks.com/ Tried their pizza and spinach pie. Both had excellent seasoning
Returned to QP Greek Food With A Kick to try their ribs. Their seasoning is what makes their food stand out.
At a local festival I ordered Buffalo Chicken Dip, not knowing exactly what it was. It was different. It was basically nachos with shredded chicken, jalapenos, diced tomatoes and feta cheese.
Didn't know how take out from an Italian restaurant would come out, but I gave it a try and it came out better than I thought. I ordered Gnocchi Sorrentina and Antipasto-Misto

I just get to know about the field of "Gastronomy" and in my opinion, China is a best place to study "Gastronomy". As I know, China has varieties of cuisine styles depend on each province. Also, each cuisine style uses various ingredients native to each province
