I have a Nokia 6340i but without GAIT features. I have a Cingular SIM. Will it see a TDMA/AMPS network in an area where there is only TDMA/AMPS and allow me to make unregistered roaming calls?
It might register on the TDMA/AMPS network if there is any left, but I doubt it would allow you to make calls aside from calls to 911 or other emergency numbers.
