FYI: Verizon Devices with the $350 ETF

    Enhanced devices (called 3G Multimedia phones) such as the LG enV Touch, Chocolate Touch, VX8630, Samsung Reality, Casio EXILIM, and others carry the lesser $175 ETF.

    There is no associated ETF for the Apple iPad or Samsung Galaxy Tab tablet devices.

    The latest Microsoft KIN devices (KIN ONEm and KIN TWOm) carry the lower $175 ETF. Previous KIN devices had the $350 ETF.
