Hey guys, If you download any theme out of the digital lounge, use coupon code U5T4F9P5 when checking out and it should give it to you for free. It just worked for me Enjoy.
I also got a free ringtone & a free screensaver, but dont' remember what codes they gave me. Can't beat free!!
Well...I just went on line to check my balance & guess what? I was billed in full for each free ringer, screensaver & theme I downloaded with the promotional code from the Sprint website. I contacted customer service to explain these were supposed to be FREE. The representative was NOT aware of any promo's being offered. Again I told her they were to be free & I offered to send her an email with the screenshots from the Sprint website showing her what codes I was provided. "As a longtime Sprint customer, we value your business & will credit the "freebies" you downloaded." My bill was adjusted for what was to be free, but the rep never sent me her email address to show her the Sprint. Maybe this was just a billing quirk. Make sure you review your bills to ensure you are not billed for this promo.
I had a credit show up on my account online right after I used the code.... My bill comes out tomorrow. I'll let you know what the final verdict was for me. I wonder if this is a Premier vs. Ensemble issue...
those codes are to work for one free download.............thats it!!!! read the promo there is such thing as fine print!!!
I never got anything for free, until the customer service rep provided me a manual credit. The website told me my promotion code was accepted, but I was billed in full. Not sure where the glitch is. If I access my online account, I still get the message for 1 free something (theme, ringtone or screensaver) depending on what I was looking at and I still get the same promo code, but just as you stated, it says one free download only.
What's with the things you purchase expiring after 90 days? Does that mean the theme will just disappear after it's expired? Or worse, does that just mean they will charge you again automatically and "renew" it? I can't even imagine paying $3.99 once for a ringtone or a theme or whatever, let alone a recurring charge just so I can keep using something I already overpaid for.
I think the 90 days will allow you to keep the item stored in your content for the specified time. If you have a ringtone & remove it from your phone, you have the ability to send it back to your phone without having to buy the ring tone again. After 90 days, if you delete the ringer from your phone, you would have to re-purchase it. Last year I bought an "unlimited game". When I upgraded to the Sanyo 8400, I was able to go online & send that same game back to my handset without incurring any additional fees. Hope this helps.
