Probably because they are still formatting it for the 4400... I believe the 720 screen is a little larger?
I spoke to a CS at Verizon and he told me this: "What you see for VX4400 is what you get. "Verizon will never update the games for the LG" "Get the T720 phone, if you want to play more games, Verizon isn't stupid" How rude!
I am sure as the phone gets a larger following in the market that there will be more and more available for it. Look what was available for the 720 when it first came out compared to the z-800, now there is more for the 720 than any other phone Verizon offers. When the updates come for the 4400 I am sure we will see a lot of features added. Maybe even the ability to add wallpaper for those who are technologically challenged and don't want to use GAGIN and would rather get ripped off......errrrrrrr......I mean pay for it. I heard a rumor that they are FINALLY going to add MMS to their system, so maybe they are waiting for that until they release the updates. That is just my thoughts on it though and by no means a fact, I don't want to be the guy who gets blamed for saying something is going to be here and then not have it show up.
Sometimes the VZW CS does not look at the business side of the company. VZW HQ knows that downloadable games, ringtones, pics etc. are a revenue whenever a user accesses the site and makes available the services they provide, that is money in their pockets. There is a possibility that the developers for the other applications have not come up with solutions they are experiencing while in the testing phase. They will not release any applications if it is not ready for the customer to use. Hope this helps in understanding why some of the stuff are not available on their sites.
Yeah really. Verizon needs to wake up. I wouldn't mind paying 50 cents or something to upload my own pictures, if it was easy. It would be worth it. Of course they will want to charge an insane amont and airtime too, but at least some more people will be able to do *what they claim it does*!. I don't know anything about Gagin, but I hope I can learn it when I get a 4400 (or another phone).

At least in the cincinnati area a new game called "lines" has been added to the game section of Get It Now. It's $3.00 I think for unlimited use and is actually quite fun. Kind of like tetris, but not really. Hopefully more games will continue to show up.
I'm in Chicago. I have Wheel of Fortune,Linez and Etcha sketch. I e-mailed Verizon and they said thier "GET PIX" applications are still be ing tested and will be released soon along with a bunch games and new apps. HELL YEAHHHHHHHH
