I currently have a family plan with four members. I am paying $30/mo for unlimited text. My daughter complains because she can't send/receive pics. I also have data blocked because we would occasionally get a charge when someone accidentally accessed it. We are all eligible for new phones in February. Now my questions: Is the reason we can't get pics because I have the data blocked? If not, how do we get picks without unblocking the data? What is the least expensive plan to get unlimited data for one member, or all members? What type of data accessible phones should we consider getting (without the increased fees of, say, a blackberry)? Thanks for your help!
It sounds like you also blocked text and picture messaging. I would call AT&T to check that this service is enabled on your phones. You can have the ability to send and receive text and picture messaging without enabling data service.
with data blocked the phone has no way to upload or dload the pic to the server the data plans available per service are as follows... PDA / BB / Iphone 30.00 a month all others (in youir case 10.00 a month... if you are unsure ask customer care prior to the order...or if you want you can go to the website make like you are ordering a line (dont complete the order) select the phone you are interested in and it will tell you if the 30.00 plan is required in the order...
