F.Y.I. My T-Mobile Site

    For Your Information: Currently the My T-Mobile website is giving error messages for people trying to register for the first time. I have been trying since 11/26/04 and have not been able to register. I spoke with T-Mobile CS last night and they are aware of the issue but do not have an estimated time of repair.

    Is it saying that it doesn't find your number, even though it has been more than "72 hours" since you activated your service? If so, than the same thing happened to me. I had to wait a week after I got my phone to properly register. T-Mobile said the same thing then. Keep trying, eventually it will go through. Once it does, it offers some nice features. :)

    There's a thread over on HoFo talking about problems with the website for people who made contract changes online or tried to register over the weekend. Sounds like you have been affected. For the rest of us, it is still working OK.
