I need a flip-phone with an external ring-tone mute. Otherwise, I just need a basic phone. I've been to Nokia's website, but it's hard to tell if the external volume buttons also act as an incoming ring mute or if it sends the call to voicemail (don't want) or what. Any help? :)

It's not a flip phone, but my Nokia E70 has the option to either "silence" the ringtone or send the call to voice mail ("decline") as long as the profile is not set on "Silent". When the profile is set to "Silent", only the option to send the call to voicemail is present.

Unfortunately I don't have any experience with Nokia flips, but I'm fairly certain my 6820 also has the "silence" option.

I finally got around to checking my 6131. The external volume down button does mute the call (didn't check the volume up), the flip doesn't have to be opened. I imagine 6126 will be the same.
